Refunds are generally available within 14 days of purchase if the service/credits have not been substantially used.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for the current billing cycle are only provided if no credits were used.
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days. Partially used packs are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for funds lost due to account bans for Terms of Service violations.
