You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Our AI service generates images based on your inputs. Due to the nature of AI, results may vary and are not guaranteed to be unique or accurate.
You own the images you generate, subject to these Terms. You grant Knowimg a license to host and use your content to provide the service.
You are strictly prohibited from using Knowimg to generate any illegal, harmful, or abusive content, including but not limited to pornography, gambling, drugs, violence, etc. We reserve the right to immediately and permanently ban your account without refund for violations of this policy.
Credits are purchased for image generation. Credits are non-transferable. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms.
The service is provided 'as is'. We make no warranties regarding the quality or availability of the AI generation.
Knowimg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Knowimg operates.
